When you submit a consultation request or contact form, we collect the information you provide, such as your name, email address, phone number, a general description of your matter, the names of other parties involved, your preferred appointment time and how you heard about us.

If you create a client account, we also keep your name, email address, phone number and mailing address, the requests and messages you send, the firm’s replies, and bills and payments the firm records for you.

For security and to prevent abuse, we record the network (IP) address used to submit forms and sign in. We use a cookie only to keep you signed in to your account. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies.

How we use information

We use this information to respond to inquiries, perform conflict checks, provide legal services, communicate with clients and administer billing.

Service providers

We do not sell personal information. The website and its data are hosted by Cloudflare in the United States, and emails from the website are sent through Resend. These providers process information on the firm’s behalf. We may also disclose information as required by law or our professional obligations.

Payments

We do not accept payments or collect card numbers through this website. Bills explain how to pay the firm directly.

How we protect information

Client accounts are reached through single-use sign-in links sent to your email address, and access to submitted information is limited to the firm. No system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

How long we keep information

We keep information for as long as needed to respond to you, provide services, and meet our professional and legal record-keeping obligations.
